18U Bid Information
This is the USAV GJNC bid tournament for the 18U girls division only.
In 2026, the Palmetto Region has the following 18U bids to award:
- 1 National Bid
- 1 American Bid
- 1 Freedom Bid
In order to be eligible to compete for a bid, teams must:
- Compete in 2 USAV sanctioned tournaments prior to the bid tournament, one of which must be a PVA tournament.
- Declare their intent for a bid by the deadline established by the Palmetto Region
- Register in the 18 Bid division of Winter Heat.
- If you have registered in another division and wish to be moved to the 18 Bid division, reach out to tournaments@palmettovb.com.

Registration for all PVA tournaments opens September 3 at 10am EST.
Tournament Schedule
Tournament schedules will be posted on AES by the Wednesday before the tournament.

Parking Information
Hello Rock Hill Sports and Event Center Visitors.
Parking while visiting the Rock Hill Sports and Event Center is located in multiple areas - Parking Deck A, Parking Deck B, and marked parallel spaces located along the main roads. All locations are free and convenient for access to the event center. Each parking deck has a sign at the entrance that shows availability of parking spaces inside that deck. If the sign reads full, please proceed to the next available designated parking area.
