While we strive to communicate with our facilities, PLEASE follow all facility rules regarding food tables EVEN IF THEY CHANGE THAT DAY. 

Do not plan on any devices that require power. 

Kroc Center (13 Club-A, 16 Club-B):

• Everyone should park in the Eve Street parking lot. (there will be signs)
• No entry through the front door of the Kroc Center. All participants will come in the gym doors by the Eve Street lot. 
• Absolutely no one on the fitness equipment. If you are caught on the equipment, you will be asked to leave the facility.

Patriots Park (12 Club-A, 15 Club-C):

No Parents are allowed on the gym floor.  There is an upstairs viewing area for spectators.

All food, drinks and tables must remain be outside of the facility at all times.  No coolers in the facility. 

Westside HS

New Gym: There is no food tables allowed to be setup in the lobby of the new gym! They can be set up outside along the breezeway as we have covering for the tables. Food can be eaten in the lobby, but avoid bringing food into the gym. Trash cans will be in the lobby, gym, and outside.

Old Gym: the doors right in front of the old gym will be opened with a very small lobby area that can be used for food tables, but it may only hold 2/3 tables. There is an outside/sidewalk area directly in front that can be used; there is NO COVERING in that area!

Please do not go into any part of the school that is blocked off such as hallways or locker rooms. NO BALL HANDLING in the Lobby’s of either area!

Evans HS

We are under construction here at EHS. So, here is a map for parking Saturday. The green area (behind the school) on the map is parking for your event at EHS on Saturday. We will have doors open near the parking area for everyone to come in.
