Food Table Information

• The Ridge at Laurens has a common area where teams can bring a small cooler or snacks. Some tables are provided, but should be used for those who are eating, not for team spreads. Please clean up after yourselves and do NOT bring any electric cooking appliances or we will lose access to this area.
• Pickens Rec does have small outdoor covered areas near the front and back entrances that can be used for food tables, weather permitting. No food tables inside the building.
• Pendleton HS has an outdoor courtyard area where food tables can be set up. No food tables inside the building.
• No food tables allowed inside at Travelers Rest HS or Pavilion.
• Pavilion does have a concession stand.

Spectator Seating

• Ridge at Laurens has bleacher seating. Limited space for chairs, but they are allowed. Gym supervisor has the right to ask spectators to move if they are impeding the playing area or safety of participants.
• Travelers Rest HS has abundant bleacher seating. Sport chairs are not needed as there is very limited space for them.
• Pavilion has limited bleachers seating. Spectators are encouraged to bring sport chairs. Only ONE row of chairs will be allowed inside the rink. Gym supervisor has the right to require spectators to move if they are impeding the playing area or safety of participants.
• Pendleton HS has abundant bleacher seating. Sport chairs are not needed.
• Pickens Rec has limited bleacher seating and limited space for sport chairs. We ask that spectators for teams that are not playing please leave the court area to allow for other spectators to sit and watch. NO CHAIRS ALONG THE END LINES OF COURTS. Gym supervisor has the right to require spectators to move if they are impeding the playing area or safety of participants.

Adult Single Day Pass: $10
Child (ages 5-18) Single Day pass: $7
Children 4 and under are free

Tournament schedule will be posted on AES approximately 1 week before event.
