TEAM CHECK IN-
Coaches can check in Friday from 5:30-7:30 at the facility or Saturday upon arrival. For any adult listed on the roster to pick up their free wristband they only need to show their name on the roster or membership card AND a photo ID.
Play on Saturday will be in AM or PM waves, with playoff brackets on Sunday. Registration will be available on Advanced Event Systems beginning November 1st.
With 17 courts at the beautiful, NEW Rock Hill Sports & Event Center, we will be able to accommodate 136 teams. All play will be on site at the sports center and first referees will be provided.
This event is not a stay to play, but we encourage all teams to please utilize the numerous hotels options. We work closely with Rock Hill Visitors Center, who provides us with the hotels that volleyball families should consider (Quality hotels). Due to the volume of business we are bringing to Rock Hill, rates should be lower than found anywhere.
Registration
Registration will be available through AES on September 15. Entry fee is $450; payment will be accepted online only beginning November 10. Please note that age groups may be combined based on number of team entries.

SOUTHERN CLASSIC GIFT EXCHANGE TRADITION:
For over 20 years now, teams exchange gifts at beginning of matches. Gifts can be anything (candy, pencil, hair bow, CD, something special from your area, etc). Plan on 10 per team and exchanges with teams in pool play only. For pool play most teams will play 7 teams, so about 70-80 small gifts.
Of course, this is optional.
