The Beach Ball Bash is NOT a Stay to Play tournament, but we have negotiated discounted rates with local hotels. The host hotel for the Myrtle Beach Beach Ball Bash is the Sheraton Myrtle Beach Convention Center Hotel.

Tickets will also be available at the door Saturday and Sunday, as well as Friday night at MBSC from 6-8pm

Tournament schedule will be posted on AES on the Wednesday prior to the tournament.

Coaches Check-In: With 160 teams participating this year, we HIGHLY recommend teams check in Friday night from 6:00-8:00pm at the Myrtle Beach Sports Center. Each team needs AT LEAST three (3) rosters for this weekend. One will be provided to Tournament Staff at Check-In (please date and sign prior to arrival) and one will be provided to your court official at the start of play for EACH DAY. Palmetto Region teams are to bring SportsEngine rosters. Out of Palmetto Region teams can use AES rosters. All rosters MUST include all Player Membership IDs and Uniform Numbers. No write-ins are allowed unless approved by the Region Commissioner. Only rostered adults who are listed on the roster will receive staff wristbands (up to 5 per team). Rostered Adults listed on multiple rosters will not receive multiple wristbands.

The City of Myrtle Beach collects hotel information for each team so please ensure the person doing Team Check-In understands where the team is staying for hotels.
