USAV REGISTRATION

All members (players and coaches) need to please be sure to REGISTER and PAY for USAV BEFORE attending tryouts. This is a new procedure and is required so members are covered for insurance and liability.

If a member decides not to participate, he or she simply needs to contact the region within 2 weeks after tryouts for a full refund.

Your must bring your membership card to tryouts as proof of registration. Click here for instructions for printing your membership card.

TRYING OUT FOR MULTIPLE CLUBS

If you plan to try out for multiple clubs, you can see some FAQ and detailed information on this page. In short, you must inform all clubs for which you try out of your intention to try out for multiple clubs by filling out and submitting the PVA Multiple Club Tryout Disclosure form. Additionally, you need to select "undecided" when registering for USAV.

A player or the player’s parent may accept an offered position prior to the expiration of “Open Tryout Period” if they choose. They may not accept prior to opening date of tryouts. Acceptance must be in writing. If player was offered a position by more than one club, you must notify the non accepted clubs within 12 hrs of your decision. If player is registered in USAV Webpoint as “undecided”, must change your club from undecided to the club you accepted offer.
